What do I need to rent a car?
The renter is always the responsible driver, too. Therefore, we need an ID card, a valid driving license (from an EU member state or an international driving licence) and a valid credit card.
What is included in the rent?
The rent concludes:
- the use of the rented vehicle by the renter for the rental period
- the free kilometres allocated to the selected vehicle
- the insurance in accordance with our terms and conditions
The fuel consumption is not included, so before returning the vehicle, the tank must be refilled according to the quantity at the time of delivery.
May someone else drive the rental vehicle?
Basically, only the renter is allowed to drive the vehicle.
The surcharge for each additional driver is €10.00/day for all rental vehicles.
Can I take the vehicle into another country?
Travels to certain countries other than Italy are covered by the vehicle insurance and therefore are no problem. These countries are: Italy, Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, France, Monaco, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Slovenia and Croatia.
If you are planning to travel to a country that is not part of that list, please contact us beforehand.
Can I extend or shorten the rental period spontaneously?
If you contact us 24 hours before drop off - no problem. Please note, though, that the rate may change if the actual rental period is shortened.
How do I pay?
You can pay by credit card, ATM, cash or prepayment.
Can I pick up or return the vehicle at another location?
No problem on the basis of prior arrangement. Within the area of Brunico delivery and pick-up will be even free of charge.
Delivery and pick-up at other locations are possible for an additional fee.
